Zero Tolerance

Princess Street Surgery works in conjunction with ABMU health board policy on zero tolerance. This means that this practice will not tolerate any abuse verbal or physical towards any member of the practice team including all other persons within surgery premises. Patients who behave in this manner will risk removal from the practice list.

In extreme cases we may summon the police to remove offenders from the practice premises.
