Here at Princess Street Surgery we are proud to have a mixture of professionals working with us and all of our staff are trained to help you with your health needs and to give a personal face to the services we offer. Our aim is to provide a friendly service from our doctors surgery in Gorseinon and cater to your individual needs and wellbeing combining physical, psychological and social aspects of care.
We are now operating a telephone triage service where the clinician will telephone you first and where necessary you may be brought to the surgery for a face to face examination. Please ensure you provide an up to date telephone number in order for a member of the team to return your call. Please note you are unable to book a GP appointment at the Princess Street Surgery reception desk.
Our friendly Princess Street Surgery administrative team are here to support. They act as an interface between doctors and patients, therefore, the more information you give will assist them in this role. Please be assured that all staff have a legal requirement to maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality at all times.
