Our Diabetic Clinic and the National Diabetes Audit
At our practice, we are committed to providing high-quality care for patients living with diabetes. As part of this, we take part in the National Diabetes Audit (NDA), which helps improve care and outcomes for people with diabetes across the UK. Each year, data from our records is securely and automatically collected by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW). This process does not require any action from patients and is carried out in line with strict data protection regulations. The information collected helps identify areas for improvement in diabetes care both locally and nationally. If you have any questions or would prefer your data not be included, please speak to a member of our team.
