Changes to our clinical system
From Monday 18 May to Wednesday 20 May, Princess Street Surgery will have limited access to patient records as we prepare to move to a new clinical system.
During this time, our usual clinical system will be switched off and we will be working with read-only access. This means we will only be able to deal with urgent medical problems.
We will go live with our new clinical system on Thursday 21 May.
Please be aware that services may take longer than usual while staff are learning and using the new system.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
