Confidentiality and Data Protection

Confidentiality and Data Protection All members of the practice team including clinical and non-clinical staff are bound by strict rules of confidentiality. The practice is registered under the Data Protection Act and will not divulge any patient information to anyone without the patient's written consent. This rule includes meeting the request for the release of any patient information to an outside third party. In the event of any patient requesting some clinical information from their own record the practice will require a written request.
