Suggestions and Complaints
We welcome suggestions for improving our services. There is a 'suggestion box' in the reception area for this use and we would be happy to hear from you.
Should you be unhappy about any aspect of our services, we would again like to hear from you. All complaints should be addressed to our practice manager, Lorraine Thomas and please be assured they will be handled in strictest confidence.
The practice operates within the standard NHS complaints procedure and should you wish to make a complaint the practice manager will be more than pleased to discuss the issue with you. However, if you feel that you require further advice or that your complaint needs to be referred to a higher level, please contact the Chief Executive at Swansea Local Health Board.
