District Nurses

Our District Nursing team provide assessment of needs and appropriate skilled nursing care to the housebound.

To contact the district nursing team please ring 01792 343360 between 8.30 to 5 pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Outside these hours please contact 01792 561155 and ask for the district nursing team.

Health Visitors

Health visitors are skilled in offering health and social advice on a wide range of health matters for children below 5 years of age.

For further advice and information they can be contacted on 01792 893999 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 and 5.00 pm excluding Bank Holidays.

Baby Clinic

Baby Clinic is held every Wednesday morning in the surgery.

Parents will receive a letter of notification from central clinic when their child is due for an examination or childhood vaccinations. On receipt of this letter please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment. Please bring along your child's Red Book which will list your child's vaccinations.

Midwives

We hold a weekly antenatal clinic every Wednesday with the community midwife between 9.00 am and 3.30pm.

If you are more than 7 weeks pregnant please contact the Midwifery West Team directly on 07811528984 to arrange an appointment.

Maternity services notice to General Practices within Swansea Bay University Health Board

To improve patient experience from 1st November 2023 we are implementing a new digital referral system for new pregnancy for patients or nominated person to self-refer to SBUHB Maternity services via a QR code or by using the following link to register pregnancy on Swansea Bay website http://www.sbuhb.nhs.wales/hospitals/a-z-services/maternity/
