If you care for someone who has an illness or if you have a carer looking after you, please inform reception staff in order that we can add this information to your record.  We have compiled a very useful Carers support pack, which is available upon request.

Support for Carers

Are you a carer or do you support someone who couldn’t manage without your help?

We have a Carers Information Board located in the foyer of the surgery, where you can find a range of helpful resources and up-to-date information.

The board includes details about the services offered by Swansea Carers, including support groups, advice, and local assistance that may be available to you.
